Indra’s Grace offers one-to-one Yoga therapy for individuals facing health challenges and crisis. Our Yoga therapy sessions are specifically tailored to your individual needs.  Yoga therapy helps individuals facing health issues manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase energy, and improve mental state of mind.
