Indra's Grace is excited to bring back another KRI-Certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training program to North Texas - beginning September 2022.
A Note From Studio Owner, Sandra Vanatko:
Yoga has always been about finding the teacher within. You do not need to follow someone or listen to someone to find the gifts of Yoga. This training is set up in a way that gives students empowering experiences to find their own inner truth through potent kriyas and meditations. Kundalini Yoga has been life changing for my practice and many students that I have worked with over the years. I am excited to work with the Austin team once again to bring this training to North Texas.
I love that this training now takes the emphasis on the original Kundalini yoga teachers out of the practice and focuses on only sharing the incredible kriyas and meditations of Kundalini Yoga. Judge your Yoga by your experience and your practice, and trust yourself above all others. I appreciate the new outline for this course and the new textbooks that accompany the training. Take a look at them at the studio.
Follow your intuition, listen to your heart, and you will master yoga.
