Indra’s Grace Event Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding regarding our updated cancellation policy. If you find yourself unable to attend a workshop after booking, please notify us as soon as possible to allow for your spot to be offered to others.

For pre-registered workshops, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a full refund, minus a 5% administration fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event.

In certain circumstances, you may have the option to transfer your payment to a future workshop or course, at the discretion of the event organizer. However, once a transfer is agreed upon, no further refunds or transfers will be permitted.

Please note that no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or credits, and refunds or credits will not be offered for sold-out workshops. Additionally, Indra’s Grace cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or transportation issues, that prevent participants from attending scheduled courses or workshops.
