Meet Your Guide

Sandra Vanatko, the driving force and founder behind Indra’s Grace: A Yoga & Meditation Studio, and brings an extensive wealth of experience to this training. With over 17 years of dedicated practice and exploration in classical Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, Indo-Tibetan meditation traditions, Hakomi-trained somatic practices, and somatic healing, Sandra is a seasoned and esteemed yoga and meditation teacher, mentor, and guide who has led students worldwide. She has been a small business owner since 2010. Since 2007, she has compassionately guided individuals through the realms of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and embodiment.

 

As an accomplished yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and somatic-based energy healer, Sandra’s holistic approach is deeply rooted in diverse spiritual traditions, allowing her to adeptly support each individual’s unique path of growth and transformation. Her primary aim is to guide students towards the profound healing potential of fundamental consciousness. Through genuine inquiry, yoga, meditation, and a nurturing presence, she facilitates a journey towards wholeness, expanded awareness, freedom, peace, and fulfillment. Sandra’s pragmatic approach ensures that participants not only gain profound insights into healing but also cultivate a robust connection to their inner wisdom, empowering them to thrive in their personal and professional endeavors.
