Nestled high on a peninsula overlooking the royal blue Pacific Ocean, Blue Spirit is surrounded by gorgeous natural environment and opens up to a white sand beach that takes you to the small and charming surf and Yoga village of Playa Guiones. Your Guide
Meet Sandra Vanatko, the heart and soul behind Indra’s Grace. With a rich background spanning 17.5 years in classical Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, Indo-Tibetan meditation traditions, Hakomi-trained somatic practices, and somatic healing, Sandra is a experienced spiritual teacher, mentor, and guide. Since 2007, Sandra has lovingly steered students through the fields of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and embodiment. By drawing from diverse spiritual traditions, she tailors her approach to support each individual’s unique journey of awakening and transformation. Sandra’s ultimate goal is to lead students to the healing power of fundamental consciousness. Through heartfelt inquiry, yoga, meditation, and a nurturing presence, she empowers movement towards wholeness, expanded awareness, freedom, peace, and fulfillment, Sandra utilizes tools such as breathwork, embodiment practices, classical Hatha and Kundalini yoga, dance, and meditation.Sandra’s practical approach ensures participants leave with a deepened understanding of healing and a strengthened connection to their inner wisdom.

This retreat will sell out quickly. To secure your spot, please fill out the Registration Form and then send the required $750 non-refundable deposit ($780.00 if paying via PayPal) per person to reserve your space for this retreat. Your registration will not be complete until these two steps are done.
Balance payments can be made to Indra’s Grace in the form of cash, check, or PayPal with PayPal being the preferred method. If you pay with PayPal, please add 3.6% for the processing fee. Please send your paypal payment to Sandra Vanatko (sandra.vanatko@gmail.com). The remaining payment balance of the retreat package you choose is due by July 15, 2024. If space is available and you are registering after July 15, 2024, payment in full is required at the time of registration. All payments are non-refundable. Prices do not include airfare or transportation.

In the event that you need to cancel because of unexpected circumstances, and as a general practice, we highly recommend that you protect your investment with travel insurance for your trip. Nature Suite with A/C. The suites are very cozy and situated on a hillside overlooking the lush vegetation. They are natural wood frame structures and have private bathrooms with an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each suite sleeps two people, includes a separate enclosed porch with a desk, and has solar hot water as well as air conditioning. The suites are a short walk up the hill to the main building and give an incredibly intimate connection with the natural surroundings. You won’t regret staying in a nature suite!

Eco Cottage. The Eco-Cottages are a 5-minute hike away via a stone stairway from Blue Spirit’s main building (reception, dining-hall, etc.) and situated in lush vegetation, allowing for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature.
Each Eco-Cottage consists of a natural wood frame structure that houses two twin beds only and a full yet compact ensuite bathroom with an ambient temperature shower. No A/C.

Tent. Our glamping wall-style Tents are surrounded by nature and a 5-minute hike away via a stone stairway from Blue Spirit’s main building (reception, dining hall, etc.).
Each Tent features a queen-sized regular platform bed, electric outlet(s), a pedestal fan, and is placed on a platform that is covered by a wooden roof to protect against sun and rain.
