At Indra’s Grace Yoga, we have created an opportunity for you to offer a new benefit to your employees to help reduce stress levels and improve overall health and wellbeing. Indra’s Grace can teach one-time or ongoing classes tailored to your organization’s needs. Areas of expertise include yoga, meditation, resilience training, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Services are available in-person (on-site at your location or at our studio) and online.
