What Clients are Saying

Wondering what to expect? Here’s what others have experienced.

I’ve been practicing yoga at Indra’s Grace studio for many years. Recently I found myself in need of specific help. I scheduled a private yoga session with Jenny to work on my hips and quads. Jenny designed the perfect sequence. I have been able to target my areas that needed strengthening. Jenny also followed up with notes and videos just for me. She was very clear and specific in how to use my muscles in the target areas. It was well worth the investment.

I know I will schedule another private session in the future to work on some finer points. If you’re thinking of booking a private session, you won’t be sorry.

Try and think of the 1:1 sessions with Dan as if you were hiring an adult swimming coach:

When you first start out and the coach asks you to swim to the other side of the pool, you can make it to the other side, but it’s not gonna be pretty, and you’ll feel like you just swam the Channel rather than fifteen feet across the deep end; but, if you’re even remotely coachable, and so long as you are truly open to learning, pretty soon you’ll begin to arrive at the other side of the pool unfazed, curious, contentedly buoyant, and in a bad-ass swimsuit you didn’t even know you had.
