We offer classes accessible for beginners to seasoned practitioners. In addition to meditation we offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Kundalini, Yin, Beginners classes, senior yoga, and chair Yoga in a relaxed non-heated environment. We have therapeutic one-to-one sessions, John of God crystal bed healing sessions, Reiki and pranic healing sessions, personalized mentoring for teachers, certified RYT200 and advanced RYT300 teacher training and so much more. It is our mission to create a safe and loving environment that welcomes all people regardless of where they are in their Yoga practice.
