Our teachers are trained in mindfulness and are trauma-informed. We offer classes accessible for beginners to seasoned practitioners. In addition to mindfulness and meditation, we offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Senior Yoga, Beginners classes, Restorative, Yin, Kundalini, and Chair Yoga in a relaxed environment. We have therapeutic one-to-one sessions, crystal bed healing sessions, Reiki and personalized healing sessions, mentoring for teachers, certified RYT-200 and advanced RYT-300 teacher trainings and so much more.
