Sandra Vanatko is a certified yoga therapist and somatic healing practitioner with nearly two decades of experience guiding others into embodied presence, self-regulation, and deep inner healing. She is the founder of Indra’s Grace, a sanctuary for mindfulness, spiritual growth, and whole-person healing.

Drawing from classical Hatha yoga, Indo-Tibetan meditation traditions, and Hakomi-based somatic therapy, Sandra gently weaves together ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience. Her trauma-informed approach helps everyone feel safe, grounded, and at home in their bodies—no matter their stage of life.

Sandra’s work is intuitive, compassionate, and deeply attuned. Whether through yoga, meditation, breathwork, or somatic inquiry, she empowers others to reconnect with their inner wisdom, restore their vitality, and live with more presence and peace.

All rooms are double occupancy, supporting the spirit of community and connection at The Gathering. Guests will be paired with a new like-minded friend for the retreat – because everything is better with a retreat buddy, and sharing space is part of the joy of coming together.

  • King rooms are reserved for couples or close friends comfortable sharing one bed.
  • Shared rooms with two beds will be assigned to guests open to making a new friend for the week.
  • For those preferring privacy, there is one cozy single room with a full bed available at single room pricing – ideal for someone wanting a small quiet, tucked-away space to themselves.

How to Register

This retreat will sell out quickly. To secure your spot, please fill out the Registration Form and then send the required $750 non-refundable deposit ($780.00 if paying via PayPal) per person to reserve your space for this retreat. Your registration will not be complete until these two steps are done.

Balance payments can be made to Indra’s Grace in the form of cash, check, or PayPal with PayPal being the preferred method. If you pay with PayPal, please add 3.6% for the processing fee. Please send your paypal payment to Sandra Vanatko (sandra.vanatko@gmail.com). The remaining payment balance of the retreat package you choose is due by November 1, 2025.

If space is available and you are registering after November 1, 2025, payment in full is required at the time of registration. All payments are non-refundable. Prices do not include airfare or transportation.
